NEWS: Its a DAVID O Year No doubt as he gets Nominated for This Year MTV EUROPE MUSIC AWARD " EMA" as the Best African Act"

The 2014 MTV EMAs (also known as the MTV Europe Music
Awards) will be held at The SSE Hydro, Glasgow, United
Kingdom, on 9 November 2014.[1] Bruce Gillmer, from
Viacom International Media Network (VIMN), confirmed the
ceremony would be held in Glasgow for the first time. This
will be the first time since 2003 when the awards were held
in Scotland. The event showcases the world's hottest musical
acts in a different city each year.

Before I proceed #DidYouKnow: Davido is also up for the "Artist of the
Year" award at the upcoming Kora Awards 2014. The Cash-
Prize for the winner in this category is… wait for it… $1
million! If my memory serves me right, only P-Square have
won this award from Nigeria in the past.

Moments ago, MTV revealed its nominees for the 2014
MTV European Music Awards #EMAs which will be held at
The SSE Hydro, Glasgow, Scotland, on the 9th of
November. Davido, as expected, is nominated for the
"Best African Act" award.

Other nominees include Goldfish (South Africa), Diamond
(Tanzania) and Toofan (Togo). The 5th and final
nomination slot is still up for grabs with Tiwa Savage
(Nigeria), Anselmo Ralph (Angola), Sarkodie (Ghana),
Mafikizolo (South Africa), Gangs of Ballet (South Africa),
Sauti Sol (Kenya), all vying for the Wildcard. To get Our very Own Tiwa in the Category
