It came to every one as a suprised, it got the internet buzzing yesterday when the news broke about Singer 9ice dumping music for Politics and running for the Post of House of Representatives in Oyo state.

He cleared the air in a recent interview with Hip Hop World Magazine, 9ice
confirmed that he'll be going into politics and explained
why he decided to go into his next line of work.
"I'm leaving music, I need to go into something
more challenging. Music is no longer competitive for
me, I've done all that needs to be done in music"
Ok 9ice. We believe you. You're like Michael Jackson,
and at some point it's not even fair to the others
musicians. We totally understand where you'r coming
from. But wait!..We won't get to see the "I go bring
home grammy part?"
